Synchronised skating involves a group of similar age and ability who skate routines together to music. They train at special team sessions. DISC currently has 3 synchronised teams:

• Icentric - an Open grade team, current NZ gold medallists, and South Island champions.
• Icythawus - an adult team, South Island Championships and South Island Masters Games Champions.
• Novice - a novice team, formed in mid 2007.
